Muse is not just a concept skincare company; it's a radical movement that aims to redefine the beauty industry's standards. Five years ago, founder Ella embarked on a journey to challenge the status quo, armed with a passion for natural beauty and a desire to create a brand that empowers women to embrace their inner muse. With a philosophy rooted in simplicity and transparency, she believes that everyone deserves skincare products that are not only effective but also kind to both the skin and the planet.
Our primary goal was to create a captivating and empowering visual identity for Muse. To convey a sense of fearlessness and individuality, we opted for bold and modern fonts that perfectly mirror the fearless spirit of the brand's target audience. We deliberately chose to emphasize the brand name on the serum bottle label, to create a sense that each customer is the main character of their skincare journey, making them feel like the muse behind the brand.
For the website, we wanted to create an immersive experience that showcases the uniqueness of the products, while embracing a sense of minimalism. We created custom arched backgrounds for each serum bottle in order to give the website a more unique experience and make the products pop. Through coding, we also designed a product page that puts the product at the centre and presents all essential information without the need to scroll, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
