Fueling change with delicious coffee

NOOTI was born from Jenny’s journey as a master’s student in Environmental Sciences, when she struggled to find vegan ready-to-drink coffees that were both delicious and kind to the planet. Frustrated by the lack of sustainable options in the market, she created Nooti - a brand that offers organic, vegan and gluten-free coffee drinks in infinitely recyclable aluminium cans.

NOOTI’s mission is to energise people who are working to make the world a better place, providing them with the motivation they need to keep going, while doing so in a way that’s kind to the environment.

Designing an impactful brand identity

For NOOTI’s brand identity, we wanted to capture the adventurous and joyful spirit of the brand, while balancing it with the grounded motivation that drives its mission. To bring this to life, we designed a bold and confident logo, with tall letterforms that reflect the brand’s sense of determination. Keeping the logo simple allows it to stand out and become the focal point on the packaging, perfect for building brand awareness on social media, where most of NOOTI’s audience spends their time.

To complement the boldness of the logo, we selected a deep blue as the primary colour and finalised the colour palette with light purple and cream tones, to create a softer and welcoming feel. These colours invite customers into the brand’s world, creating a sense of calm and comfort while maintaining the energetic tone of the brand.

We chose to print directly on the aluminium cans to avoid unnecessary plastic shrink wrap, reducing the environmental impact of the packaging.

Creating a thoughtful pre-launch experience

For the website, we designed a Coming Soon page that tells the brand story and invites customers into the journey, creating connections ahead of the brand launch. Instead of a simple sign-up form, we built a more dynamic and layered page that reflects the bold and minimalistic aesthetic of the brand identity and packaging.

We used the Highlight theme on Shopify, which provided the perfect balance between a clean design that keeps the focus on the product and the necessary functionality the brand needs once fully launched. We crafted a page that feels bold yet minimal, with subtle layering elements and animations that give the website a sense of depth and movement.
